Cancellation — key durations

These durations apply unless a different period is confirmed in writing at purchase or in your account agreement.

• Trading account (no open positions, no margin debt): you may request closure at any time; we aim to confirm within 2 business days.

• Retail cooling-off (no trades placed): 14 calendar days from account opening — you may cancel and request a deposit refund as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Funded evaluation / challenge fees: cancellation for a fee refund is only possible if the evaluation has not started; where offered, the request window is 24 hours from purchase. After the evaluation begins, fees are non-refundable (see Return & Refund Policy).

• Recurring subscriptions (where applicable): cancel before the renewal date shown in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.

How to cancel

Send a written request to support@zenguardmarkets.com from your registered email. Include your full name, account ID, and the service you wish to cancel. We may verify identity before processing.

You remain responsible for closing open trades and settling fees before final closure.

Effect of cancellation

Upon effective cancellation, access to the relevant service may be withdrawn. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
